Food we serve is seasonal, and any waste is reused in culinary creations or as compost for the garden. We reduce, reuse, and recycle to preserve nature.

• We encourage our guests to carefully use their towels to reduce water and detergent waste.
• We limit paper waste by using QR codes instead of printed materials.
• We chose larger, recyclable amenities instead of small, plastic ones.
• We use eco-friendly staff uniforms and eco-friendly detergents.
• To reduce plastic waste, we offer our signature reusable water bottles (available for purchase).
